Cooked Rice Ice-Cream

Cooked Rice Ice-Cream - Deepika Shenoy

Ingredients:
Cooked rice-3 cups (blend in mixer to get a very fine paste)
Milk-2 lit
Milk maid-1 tin
Cornflour-1/2 cup
Whipping cream-1 ½ cup
Sugar-2 cups
Vanilla essence-3 drops
Method:
In a big vessel mix all the above ingredients one after the other and make to a fine thick paste…just like that of idly batter…
Now pour in a plastic bowl and cover and keep in freezer to set overnight or minimum 10 hrs.….
Softttttttt,smotthhhhhhh,yummmmmmmm ice cream is readyyyyy………
