Quick Cauliflower - Sandhya N Kamath
Recipe:
Marinate cauliflower florets with salt, haldi pwd, chilli pwd, dhania
pwd and garam masala pwd in 2 tbl spoons of dahi.

Keep aside for 10 mins. Chop onion into cubes.
Heat oil in a non stick pan and add jeera.
When they splutter add the onion cubes and fry till pink.

Then add little garlic paste and fry.
Now add the marinated cauliflower and mix well
and cover and cook for 2-3 mins.
Do not add water as the moisture in the dahi cooks the cauliflower.
Do not over cook as well.
Saute on high flame to give it a slightly burnt taste.
