Mushroom Stuffed With Paneer Burji- Suman Bhat

IngredientsFor The Stuffing
2 tsp butter
1/4 cup finely chopped onions
1 tsp finely chopped garlic (lehsun)
1 tsp finely chopped green chillies
1/2 cup finely chopped mixed vegetables
(sweet corn kernels , tomatoes and capsicum)
1 tsp garam masala
1 cup grated paneer
1/2 cup finely chopped coriander (dhania)
salt to taste
1/2 tsp lemon juice

Other Ingredients
20 whole large mushrooms (khumbh) ,
4-5 Tbsp maida mixed with water to make thick batter
6-7 Breads dried and made into crumbs either in mixer or food processor
Method
For the stuffing
Heat the butter in a broad pan, add the onions and garlic and sauté on a medium flame till they turn translucent.
Add the green chillies and mixed vegetables, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes, while stirring continuously.
Add the garam masala, paneer, coriander and salt, mix well and cook on a slow flame for another 2 minutes, stirring once in between.
Add the lemon juice, mix well
Divided the stuffing into 20 equal portions and keep aside. Make maida batter with lil salt and keep aside Make bread crumbs and keep aside Dip the stuffed mushrooms into maida batter roll it nicely with a spoon and once fully coated put into bread crumbs bowl and roll it nicely and use ur hands to make them round fully coated with bread crumbs from all side...keep on a dry plate till ur thru with the rest . Heat oil in kadai and when hot drop these balls one by one and deep fry till golden brown.Serve with mustard or chilli sauce .
