Seetaphal Rabdi

Seetaphal Rabdi - Nandini Kini

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup whole milk
1 big seetaphal(custard apple)
1 tblsp khova/mava
1 tblsp sugar
1 tsp cardamom powder
2 tblsp chopped pista ,almonds
3-4 saffron strands soaked in 2 tsp milk or saffron colour

PROCEDURE:
Scoop the fruit and take all the pulp in a bowl
Mash it with your fingers and separate the seeds
In a thick bottomed pan take milk and boil it
When it starts boiling add sugar and khova
Keep on flame till it becomes little thick .this takes around 15-20 minutes
When it comes to room temperature add seetaphal pulp,cardamom powder and nuts
Keep in fridge for 3-4 hours
Serve chilled
