RICEFLOUR -1/4 PAV,
RED CHILLY PWDR -1/2 TSP,
CORIANDER LEAVES 1/4 BUNCH ,
GREEN CHILLIES -6 SMALL,
GINGER -1 "PIECE ,
TOMATO- 2 MED SIZE FINELY CHOPPED,
CAPSICUM -1 FINELY CHOPPED ,
ONION- 1FINELY CHOPPED ,
WATER- TO MAKE A BATTER ,(AS REQUIRED )
OIL FOR MAKING OMELETTE,(AS REQUIRED )
SALT TO TASTE .
METHOD:
FIRST GRIND CORIANDER LEAVES ,GREEN CHILLIES AND GINGER IN MIXIE COARSELY .. PUT IT IN A LARGE BOWL...
NOW PUT BESAN ,RICE FLOUR ..ADD REST OF THE INGREDINTS ONE BY ONE EXCEPT OIL ....ADD SALT TO TASTE .... MIX WELL WITH WATER ....
THE BATTER SHOULD B THICK LIKE OTTAPPAM BATTER ....
HEAT THE TAWA AND POUR LADDLE FULL OF BATTER AND SPREAD DOSA OF UR DESIRED SIZE BIG / SMALL ... KIDS ENJOY SMALL OMELETTES.... POUR NEAT AMT OF OIL .. ROAST ON BOTH SIDES KEEPING FLAME MED LOW ... BROWN IT NICELY ON TWO SIDES ...
UR GARDENIA DOSA IS READY.... AND SERVE IT HOT WITH TOMATO SAUCE or CORIANDER CHUTNEY ..
