Batura - Suman Bhat
Recipe from Vah Chef :
Ingredients2cups Maida 1/2 tsp baking soda ,salt lil sugar to taste,1/4 cup sooji ,3/4th cup butter milk (I used curds).Mix all well to make a tight dough.Smear with oil from outside and then keep to rest for 2 hrs (1 made it in morning and fried baturas in noon time).Bail big chapati sized puris and deep fry pressing the laddle to puris so that it fluffs up like air filled balloons Enjoy with choley or curry of ur choice.
