Eggless Cake - Anu Nayak
Recipe:
Crush 30 parlebiscuits in a mixie...add 1/4th bowl sugar powder+4 levelspoon cocoa powder+2 spoon baking powder+vanilla essence 6drops+4spoon ghee.add milk and prepare the cake batter with thick pouring consistency.u can add tutty fruity or any nuts..greash the baking tray with butter or ghee and pour the batter ..steam the cake in a cooker andbake on sim till 20 mins or till done....(sugar pd must be 1/4th of biscuit powder)
