Hot n Spicy Chicken Chilli - Aruna Pai



Recipe :: 
Wash and clean 20 medium chicken pcs .marinate with half ltr curd , 3-4 tsp red chilli pdr , 1 tsp garam masala pdr , 2tsp ginger garlic paste , 1tsp MDH tandoori chicken masala , 2 pinch of MDH chunky chaat masala and half a tsp of salt ( or as required )......for 10 mins.cook this marinated chicken along with the marinade till done....and the chicken is well coated with the masala and dry.now sprinkle 2tsp oil or ghee and simmer the flame and fry for 10 mins.meanwhile fry roughly chop 2 onions and 6-8 slit green chillies in a kadai for 4 mins , add 1tsp ginger garlic paste..fry for 2-3 mins on high flame.....now transfer the cooked chicken to this kadai and mix well.let it mix well .sprinkle half tsp of chat masala and mix well.finally garnish with fresh chopped coriander leaves and onion rings.
