Hara Bhara Anda Curry

Hara Bhara Anda Curry  -  Nutan-Shenoy Kini

Recipe:
Grind onions to a paste n saute in oil till well-browned. Grind to a paste coriander leaves, mint leaves, ginger-garlic n green chillies. Add to the onions. Boil well. Add turmeric pwd. Blend fresh curds well n add. Boil well again. Add salt. Now add boiled n gashed eggs. Finally a little Everest Kitchen King Masala or any garam masala of your choice. Mix well. Boil. Your ande ka harabhara funda is ready to be served with rice or rotis.
