Butter Garlic Squid - Poorvi Shenoy Prabhu
For 500gms of squid/calamari. Grind 2tbsp of peppercorns, 12pods of garlic, 3green chillies and 3 red chillies. Heat a pan add 50gms of butter once its heated and the ground masala fry till it releases the aroma. Add the squid. Fry don't add water it should be fried in butter itself once the he squid turns off white its done.
