QUICK N EASY PULAO - Vidya Nayak Shenoy
Soak basmati rice for 10 mins, n drain.. Heat oil + ghee add cinnamon , black cardamom, cloves , slit green chillies n fry.. add chopped onions, fry till pinkish..add raisins n cashews.. add crushed garlic n ginger..add cauliflower n peas fry again.. now add the rice n fry for some more time.. add hot water , salt, coriander leaves.. cook till done
