Broccoli stir fry

Broccoli stir fry - Anitha Shenoy
Ingredients 

Broccoli-1 big Garlic-4-5 cloves Red chillies- 4-5 Vinegar-1tsp Soya sauce light-1/2 tsp Msg-a pinch(optional) Olive oil-1 tbsp Chinese pepper-few Salt very little Method: Boil water with salt... Switch off the stove and add the broccoli n blanch for 10mns. Strain the water and keep the florets aside Take a Wok or a kadai.. Add olive oil.. Add Chinese pepper, red chillies n garlic. Toss well then add the florets.. Toss on high add the vinegar, soya sauce n msg. Toss for 2 more mns n serve hot. Tastes yumm
