Paneer Tikka masala Recipe

 Paneer Tikka masala Recipe  -  Roopa Suraj



Recipe:

Cut 200 grms paneer in to cubes, 1 capsicum, 1 tomato into big cubes..... In a bowl mix 1/2 cup hung curd, salt to taste 1 tsp chilli pdr, 1/4 tsp kasoori methi, 1/4 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tbsp lime juice, & 1 tbsp oil ...Thenadd paneer capsicum & tomato cubes Mix well & keep aside for 1 hour..... Then heat oil in a pan & shallow fry paneer capsicum & tomatoes seperately till golden.... Method : Gravy : Heat oil in a pan, add 1 tsp jeera...When it splutters, add 1 chopped onion...saute nicely till golden brown,add 1 tsp ginger- garlic paste, 1/2 tsp maida, a pinch turmeric pdr, & cook for few minutes....put 1 cup tomato puree & 1/2 tsp chilli pdr, 2 tsp coriander pdr, 1/2 tsp jeera pdr, salt to taste & cook till mixture oozes the oil out.... Add i cup water, Bring to a boil....add fried paneer, capsicum & tomatoes & 3/4 tsp garam masala & cook on low flame for 3-4 minutes....Stir in 1/4 cup fresh cream...garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
