Urad oats dosa - Namitha Praveen Kamath
Recipe:
1/2 cup urad dal + 1/2 cup rice + 1 cup oats (I used Quaker oats).. Soak for 4-5 hrs.. Grind it to smooth paste and ferment it over night. Next day add salt and 2-3 spoons of oats powder and mix well.. Dosa Batter Ready.
