Bombay Chutney

Bombay Chutney - Kanthi Sidhan

Recipe:
Take 1cup Besan in a bowl ,add1tsp heldi,salt to taste.pour 21/2cups water in it.mix well.kerp a side.take kadai heat it . Add 1tblspoon oil(i used coconut oil)give tharaka with sarasu,jeera,little urdh kd dall,4 green chilli katahuva,ginger katahuva and curry leaves.
