Scrambled Egg Cheese Sandwich


Scrambled Egg Cheese Sandwich - Poornima Porchelvan


Ingredients:
Wheat bread - 4
Eggs - 3
Cheese slice - 1 (grated)
Salt - to taste
Pepper - to taste
Milk - 2 tbsp
Butter - to toast the bread
Tomato sauce - 2 to 3 tsp
Oil - 1 to 2 tsp


Directions:

Add eggs, grated cheese, salt and pepper along with milk in a bowl; beat until well blended.
Heat olive oil / butter in a non- stick pan and add the egg mixture; stir over medium heat until eggs are cooked.

Toast the bread separately using butter.
Now, spread the tomato sauce;
top with lettuce leaves and egg,
cheese mixture on one slice and cover it with the other slice.
Cut the sandwich into half and that's it!
