Lemon Rice

Lemon Rice  -  Sabitha Shenoy



Recipe:

Prepare rice (firm) and cool it. add salt and oil and mix. prepare seasoning with oil, mustard, urid dal, chane dal, ground nut, green chilly slits,pepper corns, ginger finely chopped, curry leaves and pinch of asafoetida. Reduce heat, add turmeric powder, switch off the flame. mix rice, squeeze in lemon juice, add grated coconut and coriander leaves, warm up. Lemon rice is ready.
