sabz e Soya - Poorvi Shenoy Prabhu
Recipe:
Its simple.soak the soyachunks in hot water with 1/4 tsp of salt and let it soak for ten minutes. Slice 2large onions, 1 sliced tomato, 2 julienned capsicum,2green chillies slit. Heat a pan, add 3tbsp of oil, add jeera, add onions and fry till golden brown, then add 1/2tsp of tumeric powder,1 tsp red chilly powder, fry for a while add tbsp of water so the masala doesn't burn. Then add tomotoes and chilly fry ,till tomato is done add the soya and capsicum and 1 spatula of water mix thoroughly, let the capsicum be crunchy. Garnish with coriander.
