Ragi Puttu

Ragi Puttu - Dr Ramesh Shenoy

Ingredients:

To 1 cup of ragi powder, add salt to taste. Sprinkle warm water so as to make crumples. Now take the puttu maker add alternate layers of ragi powder crumples & scrapped fresh coconut. Steam on cooker vent for 2 to 5 minutes. Sreve hot with dish of your choice, ideally with Kadala (Channa) curry
