Urad chana dal doddak - Vidya Nayak
- 1 cup urad dal
- 1 cup chana dal
- Small piece of. Hopped ginger
- Wash dals and soak together form3 hour. Grind all to a smooth paste.
- Then in a small gundi kayli, heat oil, when warm add sasam, karibev and pour batter. Add some more oil or ghee and cover and cook till the bottom is crispy.
- Turn and fry other side on low to medium flame till nice and crispy. You will simply love this doddak. Try, enjoy!
