Restaurant Style Sambar - Shyamala Shenoy
- Boil 1/4 cup toordal , 1 onion n 2 tomatoes cut into small pieces..
- To this add ground masala made up of 1 tblespoon coconut, 1-2 garlic cloves, 1/2 inch cinnamon stick, 1-2 cloves, 1tsp coriander seeds, 4 to 5 red chillies, little tamarind ,1/2 tsp red chilli powder,1 tsp sambar powder , salt n little jaggery.
- Now bring it to boil.. Season it with mustard seeds , red chillies n curry leaves..
