Mushroom Pulav - Anjana Kamath


Recipe :
  • In a cooker add oil tejpatta, cloves, cinamon, cardamom 3onions, turmeric pd, coriander pd, garam masala pd or biriyani pd, salt, mushroom, 1/2 cup curd, 2cuprice, 4cup waterand cook for 2 whistles
