Methi Paratha - Prasad Naik
- Take washed Fresh Methi and fine chop and then add in Wheat Flour with Ajwain,Salt,Fine-chopped Garlic and Green Chilies. Make a dough out of it and roll the paratha a by adding little oil.
- If you do not like the bitterness of Methi, then fine chopped Methi to be rinse under water and then mixed in Wheat Flour.
- Place the paratha a on Nonstick Tava and roast it nicely from both the sides. You may add Ghee or Oil while roasting, depends on you food habits. Nice Hot Methi parathas can be enjoyed with Curds and Aam-Mirchi ka Aachar.
