Piyava Ghashi

Piyava Ghashi - Smitha V Pai


Ingredients :
  • Onions 3
  • Potato 1
  • Grated coconut 1 piece (1 vale) 
  • Urad dal 1sp (fried) 
  • Red chillies 3 (I put 5)
  • Tamarind 
  • Salt
  • Mustard
  • Curry leaves
  • Oil
Method :
  • Chop and cook potato and onion (I did 2 whistle in cooker). 
  • Fry urad dal and grind with chillies tamarind coconut. 
  • Pour d ground masala over cooked onion potato, add salt and boil. Seasoning Mustard and curry leaves..
