Gujarati Sambharo

Gujarati Sambharo - Dipali Patel

Recipe:

Cabel carrot green chilly . salt, turmeric pwdr . hing as per taste (optional)... methi seeds, poppy seeds cooking oil.

Take cabbage, carrot n green chilly's equal.. cut in small slices. 
put some oil in pan, add methi seeds n poppy seeds 1/2 spoon each. 
when splutters add hing . then add all veggies , add salt to taste , and 1/2 spoon turmeric powder. 
cook till soft. make it on medium flame,without cover, serve hot.
