Kananga Mergol

Kananga Mergol - Rekha R Nayak
Recipe:

Cut kananga into pieces and boil alongwith jaggery. grind coconut alongwid little soaked rice make a fine paste. once kananga cooked add this paste to it n stir well. last add cardmom powder n serve. optional instead of soaked rice u can add rava also but not alongwid coconut. its just for thickness.
