Kalmi Kabab

Kalmi Kabab - Vidya Nayak Shenoy
Method:For the marination; Ginger + garlic paste, green chillies paste, salt , turmeric pd, garam masala pd , mix with curd (Keep for 1 hr) , Before grilling fry 2 tbsp gram flour in butter n mix with chicken, grill for 10 mns remove n again baste oil , grill again for 10 more mns, before serving sprinkle chat masala
