Fry in oil udda dal till it emits nice aroma. Grind together roasted red chillies, tamarind and coconut to fairly smooth paste. Add the fried urid dal and grind. Add this to cooked tender jackfruit, drum stick and onion and cook. Season with fried onion and Or mustard and curry leaves or both.
