Pyaaz ke Parathe

Pyaaz ke Parathe - Nutan Shenoy-Kini

Method:

Chop onions finely. Chop green chillies finely or grind roughly without adding water. Chop coriander leaves. Add these to normal wheat-flour with a little ajwain seeds. Add little oil n water to make chapati dough. Spread out like chapatis but slightly thicker and pan -roast spreading oil / ghee as desired on both sides. Serve with curd.

PS :- If yoghurt or a lil buttermilk is added to the dough, the parathas turn out softer.
