Kubbya Jatpat Sukke

Kubbya Jatpat Sukke - Sabitha Shenoy

Method:

Wash and clean the shell fish, boil by adding very little water as the clams leave lot of water. Detach the clams from the shell leaving one side shell of some of the clams intact. Wash. Strain the salty water left by the clams.

Chop finely onion, ginger, garlic, tomato, green chillies, coriander leaves. Mix this with the cleaned clams. Add red chilly powder, turmeric powder and coriander powder. Add the salty water as required and little bit of salt. Cook when it is almost done,season with oil, mustard and curry leaves. Garnish with coriander leaves. This is an easy, fast but tasty recipe.
