Chat Pata Chaat

Method:

Make a dough out of maida, salt and a tbsp of oil. Keep it aside for 10mns. 
Roll like puri and stick it to a greased steel bowl(vati) and make small holes here n there with fork. Deep fry along with the katori one at a time. It will leave the sides and come out like katori's. Please se to it that the dough is covered only on the outer layer of the vati/katori. Fry one at a time. You can preserve this in a air tight container too. The flame should be medium high. 
Fill it with sprout moong boiled with turmeric n salt for 10mns. Allow to cool and then fill it. 
Along with moong add boiled and mashed potaoes, onion, tomatoes, green chutney, sweet chutney, curd, chopped coriander and sev. Stuffing is left to ur choice.
