soak 3 pieces of bamboo shoots(salted keerlu) in water for an hour... Later crush them nicely and make them into small bits.
Add 2cups of rice floor and 2tbsp chilly powder.. Mix well and take a big spoon full of the mix and pat on dosa tawa. Close the lid and cook for 3mns.. Remove the lid add some coconut oil on top and flip the side and follow the same procedure.
