Dry Prawns Pannaupkari(Sungata Pannaupkari) - Anitha Shenoy
Recipe:-
Wash 250gms of dry prawns 2-3 times in water. Squeeze and keep it aside. Take a kadai.. Add 2tbsp oil, add 2chopped onions, fry well tull it becomes dark brown then add 2tbsp chilly powder, i tbsp dhania powder(optional), 4tbsp- tamarind juice, salt to taste. Add the dry prawn and add little water and cook for 10-15mns. This is a dry dish, if you want semi dry consistency, switch off the stove before it becomes too dry. Enjoy..
