Ragi Balls(Mudde) - Nisha Baliga Shenoy
Recipe:
1cup Raggi flour
2 cups of water .
1. Boil the water in a pan.
2. add the raggi flour. let it rest for a while.
3. when bubbles appear on the sides , with a rolling pin, stir the flour in the water well.
4. this forms a dough.
5. let it cook for few minutes, and again mash the dough with the rolling pin to see no lumps are formed.
6. off the stove, while still warm, wet ur palms, and make balls froms this dough.
7. Relish hot.
8. This is a staple food of Bangalore localities.
