Chinese Bhel

Chinese Bhel - Nutan Shenoy-Kini

Method:

Fry hakka noodles in oil. Keep aside. Boil the rest. Make manchurians wid shredded cabbage maida cornflour lil rice flour n salt. Deep fry. Keep asyd. Shred cabbage in threads. Toss the cabbage boiled noodles in lil schezwan sauce. Then spread a layer of fried noodles. Pour lil schezwan sauce and tomato sauce on top. Now place the manchurians on top. Pour the sauces n toss well to coat all sides.
