Masala Atta Noodles Chaat - Nutan Shenoy-Kini
Method:
Saute onions. Preboil Maggi veg atta noodles adding 1/2 a spoon of oil while boiling. Keep aside. Now add chilly pwd, kashmiri chilly pwd to the sauted onions and mix well on slow flame . Add the boiled noodles. Toss well. Garnish with sev, chopped onions n coriander leaves, chat masala n a piece of lime. Drop a few drops of tomato sauce. Serve hot.
