SCHEZWAN STYLE BABY POTATOES - Nandini Kini
Recipe:
Parboil baby potatoes n deep fry.(around 2 cups)in kadai take 3 tsp oil fry chopped garlic, 2 chopped onions. when onion becomes transulent add 3 tsp schezwan sauce, 2 tsp ketchup,1 tsp soya sauce,2 tsp red chilli pdr,n 1/4 cup water.Add little pepper pwdr, little vinegar, salt, n little honey n add fried potatoes n mix.Garnish with chopped dhaniya or spring onion.
