Potpan Bombs - Suman Bhat
Recipe:
mashed potato ,
bread crumbs,
corn flour batter to wet the bombs ,
green chutney and
some paneer pieces &
Salt to taste.
Method:
I marinated the paneer in green chutney made of ( mint coriander leaves garlic ginger green chilli jeera lemon and salt all put into mixer to make smooth paste).Made potato mashed balls...put one small piece of marinated paneer in the centre.Covered it nicely then rolled into cornflour batter then over bread crumbs to make it dry and stick nicely to the wet corn flour and not come loose when put into hot oil and deep fried till brown .Served with ketchup. Bombs tayaar.
