ALOO DUMPLINGS IN PALAK PUREE


ALOO DUMPLINGS IN PALAK PUREE - Vidya Nayak Shenoy

Recipe:

Mash boiled potatoes,
 mix in ginger + garlic +
 green chillies +
 salt.

 paste: add 1 tsp corn flour n make small balls n shallow fry ( not crisp ).. in the same oil, add jeera, chopped onions, tomatoes n fry . Add red chilli pd, garam masala pd, salt n a pinch of sugar n pour palak puree ( boil palak n put in a blender to make puree ) bring it to boil ... lastly add the potato balls n simmer for a while... ready to serve.
