Kadgi Ghee Roast
Kadgi Ghee Roast - Ananya Ashwin Pai
Boil the jackfruit for just one whistle in cooker. Drain the water and once
its cool add lemon juice, pepper powder,haldi, salt. Set this aside and
then make a fine powder of roasted long red chilli, roasted short red
chilli, coriander seeds 1 tbsp roasted, zeera 1tbsp roasted, methi seeds
1/2 tbsp roasted, garlic 12 , tamarind cherry size. now take a pan take
some oil and slightly fry the marinated raw jackfruit.. then keep aside
after its fried.. in the same pan add some ghee,oil and fry the masal till
the oil separates.. then add the fried jackfruit .. give a mix and then add
2tbsp of ghee again and then put some lemon juice. Serve hot
