Mullangi Tarne Pallya Kosambari - Anuradha Mudalagiri Kamath

Method:

Wash well 5-6 leaves of radish. Add salt and haldi and let it stay for 1/2 an hour.Wash well n chop. Dry roast peanuts, peel them and grind them coarsely. Add 1/2 a tsp of sugar, salt to taste, little coconut gratings (optional), lime juice / apple cider vinegar and mix with the chopped radish leaves. Yummy koshambari is ready.
