Dragon fruit jujubes - Preethi Prasad
Recipe:
1 cup sugar
2 tsp agar agar
Half dragon fruit (pink one inside)
1/4 lemon ka juice
Soak 2 tsp agar agar powder in 1 cup of hot water for 10 mins.Boil 1/2 cup of water.Add sugar and keep stirring till the sugar dissolves.Once the sugar has fully dissolved add the agar agar soaked water and keep stirring for 15 mins.Let it boil.You will see the liquid become slightly thick and sticky.Switch off the stove.Add the lemon juice and dragon fruit puree.Mix well and pour it in a container and let it set in the fridge overnight.In the morning cut it into desired shapes and size and roll them in icing sugar.Keep it in a air tight container.This was my first trial and am very happy with the result.
