Govan Pitta Phanna Polo - Pooja shenoy
Recipe:
Mix 1 cup Atta with about 2 cups of water ( add water gradually, as the consistency should be runny but not too watery) + salt. + finely chopped coriander leaves. Prepare a tadka with mustard + jeera+ green chillies+ curry leaves and add to the batter. Pour the batter from a little height on the heated tava to get the lacy effect.This dosa isn't as crisp as Rava dosa. Probably addinga little rice flour could make it crisp.
