Recipe:
Soak urdad dal for 4 hrs grind coarsely in to paste it should be thick, add little salt in warm water and keep aside, now apply little water in yr palm &take little ground urdad dal and shape like vadas it shld be little flat and fry it in oil till light brownish colour and put it in salt water for 2 mins & remove excess water and keep aside.Now in thick curd put salt,little sugar mix properly add pann of jeera,one red chilly,little sauf(optional) & hing .
Tikka chutney:bunch of corainder leaves, green chillies, little lemon juice, salt.using less water grind into fine paste.
Meetha chutney:soaked tamrrind,jaggery,salt. grind into fine paste using less water.
Now in plate keep four vadas spread dahi mixture, put both chutney ,sprinkle little chatt masala,and chilly pd, and Enjoy the Dahi vadas
