Ragi Mudde(millet ball) - Reshma Bhat
Recipe:
Ragi flour 1 small bowl,
1/2cup water n salt(measurement is for 1 mudde)
Method:
mix 1 tea spoon of ragi flour with half glass of water n salt (as per taste)..
there shouldn't be any lumps....
keep it for boiling in medium flame
Take a wooden spatula and mix it well
when it becomes little thick add remaining flour(dry pitt dnt add water) slowly
mix it well continuously without leaving hands
when the colour changes n becomes like dough switch off the stove
with the help of little water in a bowl..dip hands as its difficult to touch the hot mix
make balls wn it is hot....ragi mudde is ready to eat...
Serve with any gravy of your choice.
Usually its eaten with greens curry(Soppu Saaru),chicken or mutton curry..Enjoy
