Tukdi

Tukdi - Anitha Shenoy


Ingredients:
1 cup wheat flour , 

1 cup maida, 
1 tsp chilli pdr, 
1 pinch ajwain, 
3 tbsp ghee , 
salt to taste 1 tsp sugar , 
& little hing 

method : 
sieve both the flours ...mix together...prepare dough using salt chilli powder , sugar, hing with enough water....knead well using hot ghee....make balls from the dough...roll into chapathis....cut into diamond shaped pieces... & deep fry.
