Chakuli

Chakuli  -  Anitha Shenoy

Ingredients:
Rice flour 4 cups, 
Besan 1 cup, 
butter 50 gms, 
white til 3 tspns,
salt and chilli powder as per taste. 

Method:
First take all the ingredients including butter and mix it well with your fingers. . Add water little by little and make a tough dough. . Take the chakkuli mould, and Put the dough in the mould and deep fry till golden brown, cool and store in air tight container.
