Eggless Banana Cake - Vidya Nayak
Recipe:
2 cups of flour
1.5 tsp baking soda
1.5 tsp salt
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup oil
4 mashed bananas(short)
1/4 cup water
1 tsp vanilla essence
mix all n beat to smooth mxture.. keep aside for 1 hr.
grease pan.. pre heat for 350°f
bake for 30 to 40 mins..
