Nippat

Nippat - Prathima Pai

Recipe
For 4 pav rice flour, 1 pav hurikdle powdered, add roasted de skinned powdered ground nuts, chilly powder 4 -6 tsp , 2 1/2 tsp table salt. Heat 2 tbl spn refined oil. Add to this mixture. Now mix thouroughly. Now add water to make a non sticky dough. Make small balls. Flatten n deep fry in hot refined oil. Drain n cool. Ready to eat.
