Masala Noodles - Laxmi Bhandary
Method:
Boil noodles. Drain them in a strainer & wash with cold water, keep aside. Heat oil in a pan & fry ginger, garlic, green chillies & onion & fry till transparent. Add tomatoes , red chilli powder & garam masala, salt. Cook till tomatoes are tender. Add noodles & stir well. Cook for a while & remove from flame. Serve immediately.

Noodles 1 packet, Chopped onion 1, chopped tomatoes 2, chopped coriander leaves 2 tsps, chopped ginger 1 tsp, chopped garlic 1 tsp, chopped green chilies 4, half tsp red chilly powder, 1/2 tsp garam masala powder, oil 1 tbsp.
